Digital Media & Marketing Team Lead Intern:

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and social-savvy Digital Media & Marketing Team Lead Intern to help grow our brand’s online presence and lead our digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop content, analyze engagement, and guide a team of interns—perfect for someone looking to build leadership experience in digital marketing!

1. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
2. Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) and manage posting schedules.
3. Lead a small team of interns, delegating tasks and ensuring brand consistency.
4. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for growth.
5. Assist in email marketing, influencer collaborations, and ad campaigns.
6. Stay updated on digital trends and propose innovative ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
2. Experience with content creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
3. Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid ads is a plus
4. Leadership potential—ability to motivate and guide a team
