Ad Ops Intern

Position Summary

New Breed is seeking a curious and data-driven Ad Ops Intern who is eager to develop foundational knowledge in digital advertising strategy and operations. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to learn how paid media campaigns are built, managed, and optimized across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and ABM tools such as 6sense and RollWorks. Working alongside experienced Advertising Strategists, you’ll gain real-world exposure to campaign execution, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis in a dynamic agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms
  • Support account-based marketing strategies via 6sense and RollWorks
  • Participate in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting activities
  • Learn to apply A/B testing methodologies to ads, landing pages, and targeting segments
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops team members to identify performance improvement opportunities

Internship Details

  • This is a paid, full-time internship running from May 2025 through August 2025
  • Interns are expected to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • This role is on-site at our Hula Lakeside office in Burlington, VT
  • Local residency and reliable transportation are required
  • Based on performance, there is an opportunity to convert to a full-time, salaried position

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or expected to graduate by December 2025
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, advertising strategy, or media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Excited to collaborate in-person and learn from peers and mentors
  • Eagerness to interact with clients in a professional setting
  • Alignment with New Breed’s core values and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Work Environment

This is an in-person internship based at our Burlington, VT headquarters at Hula Lakeside. Interns are expected to be on-site during business hours and participate in team collaboration and in-office learning. This is an immersive, fast-paced experience designed to help launch your career in advertising operations.
