Position Title: Social Media & Content Coordinator
Reports to: Broker/Owner
Location: Hybrid – Remote and occasional in-office or in-field collaboration
Compensation: $20/hour, 10–15 hours/week
Position Overview:
The Social Media & Content Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day content creation, publishing, and performance tracking across Element Real Estate | Heney Realtors’ social media platforms. This role includes managing the content calendar, supporting paid social campaigns, assisting with website updates, and optimizing content for visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create and publish social media posts, graphics, and stories in alignment with brand guidelines. Identify and implement a social media scheduling tool to coordinate contributions from the team. Collaborate with the Broker/Owner and creative team to guide storytelling, ensure brand consistency, and meet marketing goals. Track performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools, report findings, and recommend improvements. Manage the paid social strategy in coordination with the Broker/Owner—setting up audiences, boosting posts, and tracking ad performance. Support basic SEO initiatives by applying keyword strategy across web and social content. Assist with updating the company website to ensure timely and accurate representation of team info, blog posts, and general brand content. Help coordinate and develop content for email newsletters and other digital campaigns. Maintain a shared drive or file structure for storing creative assets, post copy, and visuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong writing and visual communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools. Understanding of SEO principles and basic social media analytics. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools. Comfort navigating and updating website content (experience with platforms like WordPress or similar is a plus). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small creative team. Previous experience in real estate or exposure to the industry is a plus.
