We have an internship opportunity for an intern to join our Customer Service Development team in Tempe, AZ starting Summer 2025. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, monitor and report on tools, processes, and programs. You will be operating in a complex business environment, where you will be driving performance and program management through data analysis and project coordination. In this internship, you will gain valuable experience in developing reports, maintaining a large databases, project coordination, in addition to getting exposure to the Most International Company!
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Analyze performance & transaction data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to support solution design and implementation
- Participate in regular meetings to present findings and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support the team in ad-hoc data analysis tasks and projects as needed.
- Assist with automation projects and enhancing current processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Rising Senior with graduation dates in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), database applications (SQL Server) and data visualization (Power BI)
- Team player
- Critical thinking/Problem solving skills
- Experience in data analysis and visualization
