The CastleOak summer internship program offers a paid 8-week exposure to the financial services business through work in CastleOak’s departments. Interns may work on projects in Investment Banking, Fixed Income Sales & Trading, Electronic Fixed Income Trading, Equities, and other departments, depending on current business needs. However, while they are with CastleOak, they will have opportunities to interact with and gain exposure to all areas of the firm.
The program is designed to immerse undergraduate students in the typical day-to-day workflow at CastleOak, along with the opportunity to interact with seasoned professionals across the firm. The program incorporates a number of professional skills, including teamwork, how to interview, working in a professional environment, delivering on job responsibilities, and client relationship development. There are also opportunities to socialize and network within the firm. Throughout the summer, students will be challenged to contribute to real projects, gaining hands-on experience that will assist them in acquiring a full-time role in the industry.
