Conquer is a venture backed 3-sided marketplace that connects players, organizers, and venues for local sports games. We’re focused on unlocking unused space to build and strengthen local sports communities while giving community leaders opportunities to organize games and earn money.

Position Title:

TikTok Content Creator Intern 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a TikTok Content Creator in New York City. This part-time internship (10-15 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with TikTok trends and excited about helping us grow our brand’s presence.  

The ideal candidate will be creative, outgoing, and passionate about creating engaging content that captures the attention of our audience. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and directly contribute to the growth of our brand.
 

Responsibilities: 

1. Create Engaging Content On and Off-Site: Develop and produce creative TikTok videos that align with our brand’s vision. Be present at our events to capture content that showcases our community
2. Follow Trends and Identify Engaging Content: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy
3. Grow Our TikTok Page: Use your creativity and understanding of TikTok algorithms to increase followers and engagement
    

Qualifications 

1. Location: Must be based in New York City
2. Passion for TikTok: A strong interest in TikTok and social media content creation, with a good understanding of current trends and how to leverage them to grow our brand’s presence
3. On-Camera Presence: Comfortable being in front of the camera and interacting with our audience directly
4. Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative content ideas that will capture attention and resonate with viewers
5. Self-Motivated and Collaborative: Able to work independently and proactively, while also being open to collaborating with our team to bring the best ideas to life
