Talent Management Intern

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Management intern to join our team. As a Talent Management Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and practices. Under the guidance of our experienced Talent Management professionals, you will support day-to-day HR functions, participate in recruitment, learning & development, and contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing our HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the talent management department with daily operations and activities.
  • Assist with posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and creating onboarding kits.
  • Help with organizing and facilitating orientation, training, and development programs for new and existing employees.
  • Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and policies in accordance with company and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Current or recent student in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and passion for human resources and people management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.

Duration and Schedule

This is a part-time paid internship position, with a duration of 10 weeks during the summer. We have a flexible start date.  This position will be hybrid with some required in-person days in our Westborough office.
