Job Description: CRM Intern

Position Title: CRM Intern

Department: Digital Transformation & CXEC  (Digital Engagement Team)

Reports To: CRM Analyst 

Duration: June 2026-August 2026 (10 weeks)

Overview:

Assist the CRM Analyst with creation of performance reports and digital marketing insights that drive engagement in our CRM channels for our US Pet Parents and Professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM analytics and contribute to impactful marketing strategies.

What you will do:

Assist in routine analysis and reporting on the performance of acquisition sources, lifecycle journeys, planned campaigns, and cross-channel targeting.

Support the creation of presentations to showcase past performance to internal stakeholders.

Help maintain and utilize current reporting dashboards.

Assist in identifying opportunities to capture more data, explicitly or inferrably

Support the development and implementation of reporting processes for cross-functional stakeholders.

Assist in providing actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders with strategic recommendations for campaign or journey optimizations.

Support efforts to set benchmarks and objectives for key performance indicators.

Assist in determining testing and learning agendas for closing gaps on insights needed for strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, analytics or relevant field of study

Strong analytical skills, including data analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to write SQL

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $20.00 - $24.50 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
