We are seeking motivated, innovative, and results-driven interns to join our team. This 10-week summer internship offers the chance to work on high-impact projects that contribute to Prudential’s mission of empowering individuals and institutions to achieve financial security

Timeline: 

Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 – Friday, August 7th, 2026

Application Deadline: Friday, September 26th, 2025 (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)

PGIM Investment Professional internship and full-time analyst applications open Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. All other role types open on or after Monday, August 4th, 2025. You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season.

 

What you can expect:

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Your placement within the Global Retirement & Insurance Internship Program could be in one of the following areas:

  • Individual Life Insurance - Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance group focuses on offering competitive solutions to meet the needs of consumers through the manufacturing and distribution of a diverse portfolio of life insurance products.
  • Group Insurance - Prudential’s Group Insurance manufactures and distributes a full range of group life, long-term and short-term group disability, voluntary, and group corporate, bank and trust owned life insurance in the U.S. primarily to institutional clients for use in connection with employer plans and affinity groups.
  • Retirement Strategies - The Retirement Strategies team at Prudential delivers industry-leading solutions for growth and protection to more than 2 million individual and institutional customers.  The Retirement Strategies business is comprised of Individual Retirement Strategies and Institutional Retirement Strategies.
  • GRI Service Operations & Transformation- GRI Service supports all the GRI Businesses in Prudential:  Individual Life Insurance, Retirement Strategies, and Group Insurance. Service Operations and Transformation offers the opportunity to learn about all aspects of servicing including contact centers, back office, digital self-service, and how AI and intelligent automation play a critical role in the modernization of how customers interact with our company after they have purchased a product.  You can have an important impact on the customer, employee, and advisor experience in this function.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
  • Preferred areas of study: Business, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Operations, Entrepreneurship
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

 

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize/meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00-$34.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
